Regular house cleaning for busy households and families
PLUSPACE regular house cleaning is ongoing, scheduled cleaning of an occupied home. The same rooms are cleaned to the same list on every visit, so the work that piles up. grease on the hob, limescale on the shower head, dust along the skirting boards. never gets far enough ahead of you to need a weekend to fix.
It suits busy working households, families with young children, shared homes where no one wants to own the bathroom rota, people who travel often for work, and anyone who would rather hand over the heavier recurring jobs. We work across Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba and Saitama.
Empty properties are a different job with a different scope. if you are cleaning before moving in or after moving out, see move-in and move-out cleaning. For workplaces, see office cleaning.

What is not included, or needs arranging first
Being straight about the limits saves everyone a wasted visit.
- A vacuum cleaner may need to be provided by the customer. If you do not have one, tell us in advance and we can arrange equipment.
- Heavy mould, built-up grease and long-neglected surfaces are deep-cleaning work rather than routine upkeep. They may need extra time or a separate quote.
- Large or bulky rubbish disposal may carry an additional fee.
- Heavy furniture and appliances are not moved by a single cleaner. We clean around and under them wherever there is safe access.
- Exterior or high-level window work needing ladders or access equipment is not part of a regular visit.
- Sorting or organising personal belongings is not cleaning, though we are happy to discuss what you would like touched and what you would like left alone.
Every visit is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something has not been done to your satisfaction, tell us and we will return and put it right at no extra cost.
Choosing a frequency
The right frequency depends on how many people use the home and how hard they use it.
- Twice a week suits larger households, families with small children, shared homes, and homes with pets. anywhere the kitchen and bathroom need resetting more than once between weekends.
- Once a week is the common choice for working couples and families. It keeps the whole home at a steady baseline without a large single visit.
- Twice a month suits smaller homes, single occupants and tidy households that mainly want the kitchen, bathroom and floors handled properly.
- Once a month, larger homes, or a deep clean are quoted individually, since time on site varies a lot with size and condition.
Regular plans run on a minimum six-month contract, which is what lets us keep the same routine and the same expectations visit after visit. One-time cleaning needs no contract at all. Current rates for every frequency are on the pricing page.
How to get started
Tell us your home's size and layout, the frequency you are considering, and anything you want prioritised or left alone. We will confirm the scope and what a visit will realistically cover in the time booked.
We work any day of the year. If you can let us know about two days before your preferred date, we can arrange the right team and everything you need in good time. Call 03-6555-6348 or email info@pluspacecleaning.com.
